By using the Baji Kar (bajikar.bet) website and its associated mobile application, you are deemed to have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between Baji Kar and the user.

The account holder is solely responsible for all activity on their Baji Kar account. All bets and transactions made on the account will be considered valid unless you have already reported unauthorized access.

Required Documents

KYC verification is typically completed within 24–72 hours of document submission. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended while verification is in progress.

Deposit Terms

BKash, Nagad, and Rocket are all accepted for deposits on Baji Kar. The minimum deposit amount is ৳ 200. Always use the correct reference number when making a deposit — an incorrect reference may delay your balance being credited.

• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

Withdrawal Terms

KYC verification must be completed before withdrawals can be processed. Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the deposit. Every withdrawal request is reviewed by our team and is generally processed within 24 hours.

All bets on Baji Kar are considered final once confirmed. No changes or cancellations are permitted after a bet has been placed, unless the Cash Out feature is available.

Odds & Bet Types

Baji Kar displays odds in decimal, fractional, and local Bangladeshi formats. Odds change in real time during live betting. Bets will be confirmed at the odds applicable at the moment the bet is submitted.

• Single Bet: A bet placed on a specific outcome within an event.
• Accumulator/Parlay: Multiple events combined — all selections must win.
• System Bet: Combinations drawn from a set number of selections.
• Live / In-Play Bets: Real-time bets placed during a live match.

Bet Cancellation Circumstances

Baji Kar may cancel a bet and return the stake under the following circumstances:

• If an event is cancelled or postponed indefinitely.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error.
• Evidence of match fixing or fraudulent activity.
• If the event does not take place at the designated venue or in the scheduled format.

Baji Kar regularly offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms, which are detailed on the offer page. Please read those terms carefully before claiming any bonus.

General Bonus Terms

• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Withdrawals can only be made after the wagering requirement for each bonus has been fully met.
• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once.
• Each bonus has a validity period; it will be forfeited upon expiry.
• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once.
• Baji Kar reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

• Operating an account on behalf of a minor.
• Betting using a third-party account.
• Attempting to hack or launch a cyberattack on the platform.
• Registering an account with false information.

Baji Kar reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• In the event of a terms violation.
• If suspicious transactions or evidence of fraud are detected.
• Submission of false documents during KYC verification.
• Due to a court order or legal requirement.

Baji Kar will attempt to notify users via email or SMS before closing an account. However, in urgent circumstances, an account may be closed without prior notice.

Upon account closure, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded subject to verification.
